Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): not sure which of them shot first but it was a member of the JS Clan, im sure using your admin powers you can find out which i hope.
 
Added: member of JS gave me the guys name, it is TwiftyGaming
 
Time & Date this happened: 10th January approx 12.30pm
 
Description of what happened: we were doing a weed run, when we were driving to hit the main road when there was some accident behind me, i turned around and got out, went down to the wreckage and saw they were positioning, so i went to get out of direct sight of them, which is when a member of their clan opened fire on my team mates without so much as a word, i admit i after that killed one of them in self defence as they launched a full assault on me and my team but they flanked us a killed all 3 of us.
 
i know that you cannot ban them for killing us due to my killing one of them in retaliation for their attack, but i spoke to [PLF] Kris in side and he agreed it was still against server rules when i explained that one of them opened fire without word or warning.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: i pointed out to them that they didnt roleplay and it is more or less RDM but they said it wasnt RDM
 
they didnt comp or apologise. instead they stole my hemmitt full of weed and id assume sold and scrapped it as i no longer have it in my garage.

Hi man!

I wasn't the one that opened fire, but my friend made a clear mistake. He didn't shoot after you, but he shot after your tires. Then you and your teammates started shooting back at us. Then we of course shot back.

I would like to point out that after we killed you, you came back... Aren't you breaking RP rules? If you died, how could you possibly know that something was happening right there where we were?

I'll apologize on behalf of my teammate, but you shouldn't have come back..

And when you came back, you suddenly started shooting at one of our teammates... No warning, no nothing. Then we of course shot back at you, and you died.

You shouldn't define a whole gang by one person sir...

As I stated... My friend made a mistake, by shooting after you in the first place... We told him right away... And we are sorry, but we shouldn't be the only guys being accused of "breaking rules"

 
you told him right away hense why he shot more than once. good job there,

we didnt break rules for 2 reason, as far as im concerned it was more ore less RDM, your guy opened fire with no roleplay at all. we didnt break rules we waited 15 minutes and when i just came back to get my truck you were holding my friend at gun point then i was killed again.

your clan turned as my team mate said, a simple truck accident into a shootout which was completely not needed. only reason there were shots from us is because your player took shot after shot at the trucks.

 
at the end of the day, 1 shot i could accept as an accident from your friend, but considering he took plenty of shots over time proves it wasnt a mistake at all. the admin will find out eventually who did it but it will be easier if you simply tell us and ill edit in the person who shot the first bullet. as he is the primary target of this report for attempted rdm

I am telling you it's not possible for you to remember from your second life?? If you die, you can't know where we are... you can't know that you have just shot against somebody, and that's exactly what you did.

 
I need to say  that group JS, kill me and my friand without any reason, on weed procesing.

not when i was classing it as rdm mate

6B) A new life does not start when
  • Your character has been the victim of RDM/VDM (Unless inside of the RedZone)
we just waited the 15 minutes as the timer was in screen, i asked in side chat due to the nature of what happened the trucks be left alone but seems your people decided to sell the contents and chop it.

I don't know if I would class it as RDM, cause I wasn't the one shooting. But yes, you're correct on that note. If admins decides it's RDM, you are correct. And I owe you an apologie.

Lets keep things civil, if there is no more evidence to be brought up, then lets keep this closed for an admin. No need for silly arguments that can turn things sour. Its just a game after all.

I sorry for opening Fire but in the start I thought that your guys crashed in to us because you wanted all our trucks, but when I see your video I can se you didn't even Saw us. So that was Why i shot at your ties, Because i thought you Will kill us.

I want to apologies for what happend and I know I did something wrong.

 
sorry pal, apology would have been fine before your people sold the weed in my truck and scrapped it.

 
haha, when you shoot without roleplay ending with killing all of us, the least you could do as apology would be give the truck back, not scrap it.

 
I know sir, but [JS] Mr. Armadon/ [JS] Jensen did it without anyone off us did know it..

You can talk with him if you want some money back.
