Description of what happened:
Lets start this by telling what happened at marmites base about 9:30 o'clock. I was going to bring some marmite to marmites base because i wanted to gear up there. While i was landing next to their base i saw black mohawk and some people there (metagaming: TSS). I asked them that am i allowed to gear up there and they let me to buy some gear while they were buying some gear and filling up their chopper. (before leaving i got robbed (lost 6k))
 
After that i was helping my friend (2L8 SEXY) by keeping watch while he was selling salt. I saw hemtt going towards paros and i assumed that he was going to sell meth at sofia. So after SEXY was good to go i flew to sofia and camped meth dealer. During camping that meth dealer i saw black mohawk coming my way and realized that it is those guys from marmite base. I assumed that those guys are also coming to camp meth dealer and i didn't wanted to get robbed. When they landed behind houses i started to run to my chopper. I got to my chopper in time and flew over meth dealer checking if they are camping that. What i saw was 2 guys moving between house and chopper so i assumed that they were moving stuff from chopper to their house.
 
After restart we decided to check out with sexy is there anything in that house. We took out hummingbird and some bolt cutters. When we came to that house there were no one and we decided to go in. We found a lot of stuff and we were thinking about calling our friend ([2L8] Ghost) to bring truck to us. After sexy was cut something like 3 doors one of TSS members asked in side chat that which house we are robbing. We never answered to him. After ~10min SEXY was shot without RP. After SEXY was shot i started recording.
 
In this recording i am inside house that we broke in and i was prepared to fight TSS because SEXY was killed and i was ready to shoot anyone that comes up the stairs (otherwise i would myself become shot without RP)
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
Killing SEXY and me without any RP:
3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
I tried to message to [TSS] Pvt. Antec Varus in teamspeak, but all that he answered to me was

if you have a fuckign problem come and tlak to me, if you dont want to then fuck off messeging me

I was also speaking with mentor and according to him you still need to RP if someone is robbing your house.

If you're breaking into a house its a crime and its burglary, I believe RP is already initiated, you also started shooting first.

Alright pal. It isn't rdm if you are trespassing someone's house role play is initiated.

This isn't a case of RDM it is a case of bad role play. 

I apologise for the members of TSS which robbed you I personally prefer to protect people than rob them.

Antec has right to say if you wanted to resolve it talk to him on TS which you stated

If you didn't want to talk to him you could have came and spoke to me about it. I am always on ts and all you have to do is message me.

You probably strongly disagree but just think if you walked into your home and seen someone who had broke in what would you do. On the video you shot first so he had full right to return fire, however I have no idea what happened before hand.

I hope this is resolved ASAP and I hope no severe actions will be placed on any players.

SEXY was already killed in this situation so of course i am going to shoot anyone that comes up the stairs.

Let the admins decide was it allowed to shoot in sight when someone is robbing your house.

I said nothing about reporting you. all i was saying in side chat was telling that you guys RDM us. I don't remember what SEXY was saying to you guys, but i'm thinking that he was telling you guys about reporting.

Yes i metagamed you guys at marmite base and that didn't effect my gameplay by any means. It was pure accident that you guys showed up at meth dealer later.

I didn't saw necessary to include whole chat into post. but when you just posted screenshot about it. i can add it to post.

I didn't wanted to waste my time by talking to you because of your attitude while you wrote that answer to me.
