Truck stolen while locked straight after i stopped watched the guy get in a drive off (Refused)

First my zamak truck was somehow launched in the air and got destroyed then i buy a device truck and some guy called ville was following me for a while then all of a sudden he id in my truck although it was locked then he drove it off and sold it. if possible i would like the 450k back for the tempest device

Quick description of what happened: Bought truck went into kavala then some guy got into it even though it was locked and drove off and sold it

Do you have any video evidence of this happening? without video evidence the admins MIGHT not comp you for it...

Also I would like to state, sometimes when you first spawn a car or buy a car it is normally unlocked already. You will know when your truck is locked when you hear the car alarm beep twice. Sometimes when you first get in a car that has been spawned you have to press U a couple of times for the lock to properly lock?

i Dont have any video footage but my friend PC LUDi can vouch for me and i know they sometimes spawn unlocked but i made sure as the truck was worth so much that it was locked and i got out locked it and i was watching the guy to see if he was trying to take the bag inside then all of a sudden he is in my truck driving away then he sold it
