Truck disappeared

Hello all,

A few minutes ago i was processing marijuana. suddenly my truck disappeared.
And I can't find it anymore in my garage.
Someone with the same issue?

I've not had the same issue I must say. Do you have any sort of evidence of you owning the truck and it no longer being in your possession? If so you're more then welcome to post a topic in the compensation request area.

 
Yeah i can show a photo I'm driving the truck and I can take a printscreen now from my garage? I hope that's enough evidence :(  

 
Also how sure can you be that your truck was not stolen?
You say that you were processing while it disappeared, that's plenty of time for somebody to take it if they get lucky enough.
Did you check to see if the truck was still around using the keys feature? (it shows how far away your vehicle is)
 

 
Yeah I checked everything. 
And at the moment my truck disappeared I was alone over there. :(
And when i checked for how far my truck was i got the message: U don't own any vehicle.

 
The best thing to do is to wait until the next server restart. If your vehicle isn't in your garage at this point, then it's a lot more likely it's used magic n dissapeared. It may still be floating around the place though. 

 
Well i'll wait 'till restart and hope I'll get it back.
But I also received a message:"Report to the admin ....." but I couldn't read the whole message.
So strange. First time I'm having this problem

 
Well the server restart didn't solve my problem :(

And with did u use as evidence? I can show me driving in a truck and also i'm not having it anymore now.
But that's it.

Might want to get this moved to bug report/compensation request by a forum mod, and then change the first post to the template used for compensation request

 
Hi, just read this, may well be what you had.



2nd time:

I was in unmc teritory processing weed with my hemitt, then i get a message saying bad luck someone chopped your hemitt. I now realise people can go into the chopshop and wait for people to come just to chop.... they dont even need they keys and my hemitt was locked. I feel this is exploiting the fact that the chop shop and the weed processing is too close. the guy who did this was going under the name Ragnar, but i have no evidence of it.

Believe Lionel to be right on this one, there's been a issue with the weed processing in the UNMC area where trolls will attempt to Chop Shop any vehicle they can. A fix is under way to move the Processing/Chop Shop as soon as possible, but until then you'll be able to make a compensation request here http://www.altislife.co.uk/forum/10-compensation-requests/

I've requested a compensation but I got answered that I don't receive anything b'cause I was processing weed. -_-

 
Not sure why you didnt get your truck back as the thread i linked you did get compensated. Might be worth making another or amending your previous one to include all the facts.
