Description of what happened:  Restrained a guy for attempted lockpick.. he broke rp, then started in sidechat begging for only a ticket (which is all we were going to do 2,500 pounds.)  And when I wrote him the ticket he logged
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:  Logged... Broke RP
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:     He's nowhere to be found

both PCSO Antec  and PCSO Rambo eye-witnessed the guy logging.  We weren't even going to be harsh on him... i issued a 2,500 ticket which is literally a joke if you can't pay it.  I asked Antec to post his screenshot but he hasn't seemed to have done it yet.
