I hate seeing some hobo break NLR to get executed again for breaking NLr and then rise and repeat... Does that actually help? No! Restrain+ sit in car and explain the rule!

 To be honest I don't do gun play but if they have not read the rules and keep breaking NLR why should people have to waste 20k on zipties to explain rules that you have to click a box to join server that says something along the lines make sure you read and understand the rules before playing on this server.

Am I saying its a must do? Most people that use the forums have millions, why not use 20k to help a new player out?

If it weren't for me chatting to @Archiewhen he was new and doing this he probably would have been banned.

You don't HAVE to help but why no? Fair enough they're breaking NLR and haven't read the rules but a small show of compassion never hurt.
