Transfer house to other player

Hello all,

I'm thinking to sell my beautiful house on the real estate page. If I find a buyer, how do I transfer the house over to the new owner?

Pretty sure you have to sell the house yourself, get the payment and then let him buy it.

make sure you use M and S for high value trades @Matt Atlas @Stavik

An easy way to put this, is that the buyer pays you to sell the house so he or she can later buy it the way you bought the house.

So always take that in factor when you are deciding the price of the house. that they also need to pay the price you bought the house for.
