Dear citizens of Altis, during these past couple weeks we have encountered problems from local gangs causing disruption in our operations. Any citizens caught helping these gangs around Altis will be executed in pain and agony. Due to the heavy population, we ask any citizens with information of local gangs to please come forward and help us, we will reward you for your assistance. During these hard times, please do not intimidate any member of the V or your life could be in danger, we will have no hesitation in killing any civilians that pose a threat to any of our members or operations. We appreciate your support.
