Description of what happened:
I was doing an LSD run, encountered TLC Simply as I was parking by Piers Kitchen, no words were exchanged, no hostility at all. Out of nowhere, close to finishing my run, I get shot by TLC Simply. 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
Rule 5.
RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
  
Yes. After I was killed I wrote the following in side chat:
"TLC Simply, could you join the London room for a minute" (or something very similar) to which he only replied "why?". As it was obvious to him why I wanted to speak with him in addition to not wanting to make a big "i'll report you" fight in the side channel, i left it at that, and I am now reporting him here.
 
 
Please post video evidence/screenshots here
(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

hope you edited the music later on to the video,i hope its not on the recording, cause othervice you couldnt hear shit ingame cause of that loud music

The music was not loud enought to noth hear in-game voices.

You can clearly hear the driving & the shooting.

 
Well i got RDMED.  + when a good guy told me you have to make a comp request if you get rdmed so i made it clear to the guy who rdmed me even tho i lost my loot i had to re gear my self again. and with i made it clear we are good and he didnt report me and you came and posted a pic lol.

Umm i didnt know untill a cool guy told me my mistake that ofc i wont make again + whats your problem your trying to hard to get me banned? did i rob you or something want to get revenge on me? pfft thats low.

 
Oh by the way your telling me i break a rule that i didnt know how about = 1. Reports are not up for discussion, Anyone posting in a report who is not the reporter or the person they have reported then your post will be deleted and a warning point given (Restricts you posting for 7 days)

I have evidence against you, to clarify I have nothing against you apart from the fact you break rules, talking about rules don't blame us if you do not choose to read the rules.

 
I read the rules and i know them just because i was confused with one doesnt make me a rulebreaker and that guy didnt report me because we talked... you came here trying to get me banned ... shame on you

 
Vixxy please open a separate report in future please.

I cant ban for RDM, that music is way too loud, and the game is quiet and you dont even have ear plugs in.... the evidence isn't clear.

however, the combat logging is taking the rules into your own hands, you never reported RDM, you never put in a comp request.

Banned for combat logging.
