Description of what happened: just gearing up in kavala HQ and he decides its a good idea to come inside the HQ and drive over people
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: VDM
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: no it is quite apparent he intended to break server rules

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
 
Sorry I was drunk =) (ingame) I did serve a punishment in form of prison time for my crimes, but as my gang members told me this was going to far and I do not want my actions to represent them, so i probably deserve it :)

As co-leader of TKC I would just like to apologise to the people involved in this video, I was watching the stream last night and was extremely pissed off about this. We do not condone this type of gameplay in TKC.
