Time in prison does not change with outside world.

I believe that their is bug relating to prison.

The bug is that time and the time of day does not change relating to outside world. 

This is small bug however it is annoying because you don't know the time.

I just took it now.  I have been in prison for long time and it has not change.

Thanks for reporting this @Lawyer Eve Hunter. This issue isn't related to the prison as everyone is currently experiencing this and it should be resolved on the next server restart. Moving to rejected.
