Time & Date this happened: All day 11/1/2014
Description of what happened: He's spent all day RDM'ing people and combat logging when killed, Last i saw his bounty was at 2.6Million, even after having been detained by serveral Bounty Hunters, and killed by me, he would just combat log every time. Unfortunately I never got video of him initiating an RDM event, I do have video of him killing me after I responded to a hostage situation (he had just combat logged minutes before and then ran to the location and killed me after I had already secured the hostage, I have video of him killing me after securing hostage, will upload if necessary only going to include picture of combat log. Epic run-on sentence). He was also using a stolen police sports hatchback to VDM people just before I started chasing him.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No.
