Which Server did this happen on: Server 1
 
Description of what happened: Basically Tim was going around Kavala as he had supposedly been RDM'ed, he then used this as an excuse to VDM everyone saying that Rules do not matter, although asking him to come on to teamspeak he denied, he also used the phrase "Rules don't matter" multiple times and had VDM'ed me and one other players car.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: VDM
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes but he denied, saying he did not want to talk to me, rules don't matter.

The first one, he is far away after VDM ing a players car but stops at the corner.

The second one, he starts to revers at about 15 km/h

The third one, he makes contact with the players car

The forth, he tries to repair his vehicle whilst shouting abuse,

Edit: I spoke to him on teamspeak, this is what he said,

Alrighty, I just gotta say you are lying and your pictures proof nothing.

Pic 1: Somebody hit you, it wasn't me
Pic 2: Same thing
Pic 3: He crashed into the back of my car while I was parked
Pic 4: What is wrong with repairing? And by the way I said nothing
Pic 5: I was on TeamSpeak all the time, don't blame me for you being blind.
Pic 6: Has nothing to do with this VDM, it's about me getting RDM'ed and nobody on the server saying that's not ok.

So please, stop trying to put things on me I did not do.

You even said yourself rules dont matter, Its in the last screenshot, you broke a rule Tim, you even admitted it and said that you did, everyone on at the time agrees.

 
I was on the server at the time this happened and from all the witness's I heard talking on side chat, Phalanx's story seems to check out.

That sentence has nothing to do with your reported, you just took a screenshot and said it has to do with it.

You just read on side and just because he plays here longer it doesn't proof anything.

Lord arrived shortly after, he was part of it, he seen the sidechat minutes before he arrived to find you repairing.

 
I would like to add to this report, Three NLR breaks. After Sam Smith gave comlpliance in kavala, assuming to rob Tim, Tim ran towards the greenzone but was swiftly executed. Tim felt this was RDM so instead of resolving this matter, decided to break NLR continously as per the video's below. Please forgive the potato recordings, i use shit resolution to help playability.

Nope, I was not breaking NLR as you killed me without a roleplay, as you can CLEARLY see in the video.

You can't say "stop" to me and shoot me less than a second after you said it. That is not roleplay, it's RDM.

So your videos are clearly bullshit, because I got killed by you with no roleplay.
