Description of what happened: I was just going up and down Kavala in the Hatchback Sport, Subaru. I went up towards the Drug Dealer and turned around, overhearing someone speaking to another guy (new it seem'd as it seems to be a case of him telling him what/where things are) While turning around I hear him shout: "Can you help us/me" so, feeling nice I decided to turn around to help some new people. I turned around again, and stopped the car in on the side of the road and got out of the car and holstered my weapon (no ammo anyway). Upon getting out the car the guy that had shouted at me (Tigerr) runs away out of sight while the other one's just stand around watching me. I start to say: "You ask for help..." then he appears from around the corner, weapon up not saying anything and then just shoots me.
What Rule Was Broken ?:

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
I spoke to him via mobile and told him due to the amount of time it took to be revived - 17 minutes (after my clothes were also glitched off me while dead - not Tigerr though) that I'd want 100K due to this situation & I could of made that within that time period also. He hasn't been able to do this, nor is he willing to speak on TS3 so I've advised I've had to take this further now
