Time & Date this happened: 03/07/2015 at about 6pm ish
 
 
Which Server did this happen on: #1
 
 
Description of what happened: At the beginning of the video you will see that Kieron gets killed, then at around 8:20 on the video you will hear that Kieron gets spotted at the bank in a tempest, then i see him in the tempest not to far from the bank. 
 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: New Life Rule - 5D
 
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: He said the his NLR timer was up, but on the video its about 7-8 minutes short

Hello, before I respond to the accusations about myself I would like to point out the many rules broken in this video.
 
1) Timeframe 0:01 - 0:10 [RSR] Psp. Cbass is meta gaming, giving out locations of weapons on the ground after he has died.
 
2) Timeframe 2:35 - 2:53 [RSR] Psp. JakeW, meta gaming, giving out positions of Police officers after he has died.
 
3)Timeframe 3:43 - 3:44 [RSR] Psp. Frank Beans uses scroll wheel in attempt to get around rule 4C)
 

4) Timeframe 6:02 - 6:08   [RSR] Rcpl. Maik meta gamingElakin: "Do you know where he was" Maik: "Probably on the hill be careful"
 
5) Timeframe 8:25 - 8:35 [RSR] Rct. Stanley meta gaming "Err guys, [TI] Kieron is pulling up at the bank with a tempest"
 
6)) Timeframe 8:43 - 8:45 Imstyle "Kill him, Kill him now" At no part in the rules does it state you can break 3B) just because you think someone else is breaking rules.
 
7) Timeframe 9:35 - 9:37 [RSR] Psp. Frank Beans - 4C) Using tilde key for anything other than identifying people who break rules - Uses Tilde key on a civilian SUV (Jebby)
 
8) Timeframe 9:47 - 10:30 [RSR] Rct. Stanley, communicating while restrained - Rule 4E) - Map Marking while restrained. 10:20 "He's moving me Cbass"
 
10) Timeframe 10:33 - 10:34 [RSR] Psp. Frank Beans - 4C) Using tilde key for anything other than identifying people who break rules
 
11) Timeframe 10:48 - 10:50 [RSR] Psp. Frank Beans - 4C) Using tilde key for anything other than identifying people who break rules
 
12) Timeframe 12:11 - 12:19 [RSR] Psp. Frank Beans meta gaming, using meta gamed information for map markers.
 
Now that I've addressed every rulebreak that you can clearly see in the video I can get onto the accusations that have been thrown against me. There is no evidence at all of me breaking NLR as you don't show on the video where I first died, I however being the person who died know exactly where I died and steered clear of this, I can't prove where I died unfortunately as there is no proof available. I had a map marker on exactly where I died and made sure I didn't go below 1000m at all times, I was called in to get all of the other the TI members that were left at the bank and did so with once again not breaking NLR as there were TI members still at the bank to give me the information to go there. I never once engaged back in the gunfight as that would be breaking the rules and after I had picked up all of my guys I then left the scene with them.

Lastly I think it is rather unacceptable that you would report me for breaking the rules when you clearly have noo regard for them yourself seeing that you broke so many, this fact leads me to believe that this report was not about the fact you think I broke NLR and is in fact just to get a TI member banned as it seems you don't like the fact that you get attacked by us so often in game.

Sorry @Elakin but I was just listing all of the rules that were broken when I went through the video and as for you @Frank Beans this is an adult community, if you aren't going to comment on what I've actually said with maturity and actually comment on what I've written I'd urge you to not comment at all.

 
No problem mate, just saying, as the leader of the gang I keep getting dragged into these things and as fore this one I'm friends with both parties and want nothing to do with it. Pleases have mercy forum mods no warning points please, won't comment again.

 
i wasnt referring to kill you because you broke rules, before this video started. we stated to kill anyone who brought weapons,  ( after we had given warning to kill them )  when they said you come outside. i assumed you had weapons. this is all. no rulebreaking from myself there. just letting them know if you enterend the bank with ammo to kill.

At 2:17 you can see my position on the map, I have been there the whole time. That is also the position where I killed Kieron from.

However somewhat around 4:30 I request a pickup and first aid kits because I was heavily wounded, you even hear me say I can't run. So there is simply no way Kieron was further than 1 KM away from the HM, seeing I have been pinned down on that position the whole video until Elakin picks me up.

I believe Noah even has it on video killing him on that position. I'll try to get him to upload it asap.

Yeah you are right m8, but just don't throw accusations around like that, assuming i don't like [TI] members and trying to get them banned because

 Is not very adult is it.

I'm sorry, all your video shows is timestamps. 
He may have broken NLR, but there's no evidence of him actually being within 1km at the time he died and the time he was seen again.

As for your own report. You and the rest of RSR needs to actually go and read the rules before YOU ALL get banned.
I am in my right mind to ban the person making this video in regards to the massive amounts of metagaming using the Tilde key. Its disgusting.
