Description of what happened: I was attempting to sell drugs at the trader in Kavala. When selling a guy told me to put my hands up. I immediately complied but he shot me anyway because another player did not comply. 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, we met on team speak but we couldn't come to any agreement.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

So you use my video without my permission to report me, then you say that we didn't come to a conclusion when we both left the help room happy, I informed you that the guy behind you jumped behind you and I attempted to shoot him as he had a gun. To be honest that's all I have in my defense if you want to cry further and get someone banned go for it.

 
I was in the room with Crispy and Andrew when they discussed this matter. In the video it looks like he held you and the other guy up (your friend) so he could steal your money. In my opinion the only one that has committed an offence in this video is your friend running away from a guy pointing an assault rifle at you guys. In real life you wouldn't run you would value your life.

However, in the video it looks like you complied, and your friend ran, Crispy attempted shooting him and you where in the cross-fire.

I don't really understand you posting this as this was sorted on teamspeak yesterday with myself and Crispy.

 
Sorry crispy for not asking permission, i did send you a message but i noticed you had gone offline. The video is the fairest as its the best way to see what actually happened from your point of view. I was far from happy and didn't see any conclusion as you wouldn't compensate me or agree that I shouldn't have been shot, I just cant see how it was "being caught in crossfire". The term "crossfire" means there was a gunfight and I moved into it which i didn't and there was no gunfire towards you. I watched it over and over and there's no way I should have been shot. If you'd prefer I can easily put a clip up from my side and remove yours but its honestly worse for you as its just my instantaneous death. I'm not looking to get anyone banned but I do want to seek compensation and I cant do so without putting up a player report as that's how I lost my money.

 
I have no idea who that was nor had I ever spoken to him. I was selling the last of my drugs which I had in a truck around the back. The guys crispy shot at had a vehicle at the main gate. I can understand the confusion there but it still wasn't justified. We did speak but crispy was amendment that he did no wrong and there was no point as he was unwilling for compensation 

 
So all you are seeking from this is compensation?

The next time I am in game I will comp you 400k out of my own money. I would however like you to say that you where not happy with the outcome on teamspeak next time (if there is a next time...) and we could have come to some arrangement without having to report people on the forums giving admins more work!
