Description of what happened:
The Ti members came up to me while I was hovering in my humming bird. They landed near me and open fired from the ground then jumped in the humming bird flew next to me and shot from the side of that heli to kill me.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
  Yes and they said they are allowed to because we are at war but that simply is not true

You are wearing a uniform and do have a logo on the side of your helicopter so I don't think in any way would this be meta-gaming.
