Description of what happened: This guy stole my car from outside the Mayor's Office and drove off around Kavala with the Police chasing him. He then returned back to the office and VDM'd myself and 2 other civilians
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 6E and 3A

FURTHER MORE:

The same guy tried to run us off the road last night too. We were just north of Agios when he tried to pit manoeuvre our car, sending it spinning up in to the air. The reason I think this was intentional is that he drove alongside the car before turning into us. If it was desync or lag he would have gone straight on or even moved backwards and forwards more than what he did. I strongly believe this person to have no regard to our VDM rule.
