It's been an amazing time here, with this community, and every one of you who I've encountered is incredible and I can honestly say that, not only is the server amazing, but the community as a whole, the family atmosphere and the amazing people who share it and who've created something, quite honestly, beautiful here...and being a part of it has been one of the grandest ventures of my lifetime and I'm sure memories of many of you will remain for a long, long time.
My, heart-wrenching departure is not a sudden one, as some may have noticed my activity has began to dwindle of the past weeks, and I'm going to come clean with is as, unfortunate as it may be... One of my closest friends, a girl named Emily, has been diagnosed with a severe case of a very difficult to treat cancer within her lung, and while her chances of survival are fortunately high, I don't wish for her to be disregarded because of a decently high percentage and the majority of my short amount of time that I have to spend on the server due to A-levels, work, competition, amongst a heap of other responsibilities now that I'm coaching a national team also..And sadly in this case, real life has won the war of time; I simply can't commit enough time to you lovely people anymore. I will hopefully within the next few days be setting up a charity page for Emily, and any donations would mean the world to me, as while it may not be directly helping her, she would be honoured to have such a good cause under her name, as a leaving wish from myself.
It's a very sad departure from one of the most meaningful periods in my lives, honestly, this community has done so much for me in terms of self-confidence, and just generally believing in my ability to do good in life, and everyone who's given me the opportunity to do so it means the world to me.. Through joining the server as a pitiful hobo, being declined by the NHS and eventually returning to join the Police twice under Keith Lothbrok and Delta, and being the founder, and leader of The Fabulous (Forgotten) Exiles, I feel that while I may be moving on, I hope to have left maybe just a carving into a tree in Kavala, a reminder of he who once dwelled within the walls of the castle.
Special thanks to my boys: The Forgotten Exiles, and those who helped me when I was in need: @zomgie @Ethan
Also those who gave me the opportunity in the Police @Cryant @Papa Hedge @Gazalad @SI Coolbreeze
He who trolled me more times than a hobo, my favourite scot: @Jord
And thank you to the mentor team for welcoming me so fruitfully, and for the opportunity to be a part of the amazing staff behind the community, I'm truly so heartbroken that my time in the team was so short-lived due to my own medical status and the unfortunate circumstances. Thank you @Neo @PC Robert @puppy1004
I hope to be back when circumstance permit...Thank you all for such a fantastic experience...
