To be honest after the AR car VDM'd the truck you should have let him go, fair enough a TPAC but brake check to cause an incident like that...

As you can see from the video the brakes were never applied while he was behind us until he had gone flying off, he just didn't slow down. Yes we were decelerating but we certainly didn't have the brakes on.

Since your using shadowplay, may i ask you something,

Have you ever had the problem with shadowplay recording in game voices really low yet your own and normal arma sounds are really good except other people voices?

You have to turn your effects up on arma

I have the same problem, got it after updating to the last patch of geforce experience. 

*Edit: It's shadowplay, as I updated it a day ago, and the problem just popped up.

Have you tried changing to the "Beta" of Geforce experience and then you can use their "Share" thing which is just a upgraded version of Shadow play, might be worth a try if you need help with that PM me!
