Hello all, Unfortunately I will be leaving this server pretty much for good. I will miss you all a lot and some more than others (you know who you are) but I cant / wont go on with this server...​

I've had a lot of fun here, I joined on July 18th as a rookie cop and worked my way up to ​

SGT Bradley [NPAS] [PTO] playing around 540 hours on this server alone.​

 ​

I can happily say I have made some good friends in this server and will generally miss talking to them ​

 ​

Some may ask why? ( Don't read if you're afraid of the truth xD )

• role-play being drained and not much around after I quit the Police
  
• Serco made me bankrupt and drained my efforts by people making it a challenge not mentioning any names    
• Recent rule changes and server alterations making things a lot worse including taking several friends / members from Serco
• A lack of demand for Serco as people would rather take risk and risk their life
• Other reasons I don't wish to share...

Footnote - Serco will be handed to the most trusted  member, it is what they wish it to be.

Our rules havent changed much since day one and no one has moaned about a certain rule but would love to hear what the issue was as feedback

I think you know fine well what has caused me to leave Wilco, although I love you for the County Durham </3 

I tried to stay but after tonight's washout my leadership skills are obviously not the best

Well, I didn't get much chance to play with you, which is a shame. You seemed like a great guy. 

I'm guessing the rule change thing is the cop / rebel thing which has narked me a bit too though I understand the logic.

Ill be around forums etc seeing how its going but yeah... The server isn't bad at all just going a little down hill in my totally honest opinion.

I believe I met you during one of your training sessions for SCO recruits after a little misunderstanding, although I didn't actually get to properly role-play with you as you weren't using a microphone, I think it was great how you were handling new recruits with regards to how they roleplay.

I have to admit I barely see much roleplay on the server when I roll up to a scene to issue medical aid though which saddens me a little.

Honest Reason/s why Im leaving​

I would love to say that was the case... but i don't have a clue ?

My honest opinion on you is good, never got to speak personally but I know how hard you work behind the scenes!!

I understand something had to be done about inactivity of cops but i feel the choice made wasnt the best as half my members were police!! due to having friends from being in the police myself..

• My Birthday is tomorrow and I have told my self it's time i stop sitting on the PC all day on Arma... I will be around on the server as a new name / a new lift but very little.
  

• I must add, my personal biggest let down in this community has to be the admins / developers... Now i know! - you're very busy but I have known me send over 25 messages across a period of time and not get a single word in response for example the gang base questions... I had one night where replies were made and it was enough to create an amazing base but when am busting my ass spending all my time irl  (missing out on god knows what) - to make an rp gang on your community, I expect a reply more than one night a month in all due respect.... Maybe an odd "good job" wouldn't go a miss :/

Fix this ^ and this will be the best server I have ever played, the police force is the most solid ive seen in all other servers and that's the truth.​
