You can't upload images directly, but there is a tool in the reply box where you can add an image, it brings up an option to add the URL of the image you want to host in your reply.

For example I can post the URL itself like this; http://i.imgur.com/lDvL6y3.gif

Or I can use the Image tool to embed the image in the message itself like this:
lDvL6y3.gif


Edit: Also, Natalie Dormer for all you sexy people into sexy people.

EditEdit: http://imgur.com/oz56Mbh (for some reason it's not working for this picture) Shows you where the option to add images is.
