So, we had a hostage situation, where we demanded a truck full of vodka from the Cops.

We told them, that we would kill a hostage every ten minutes, they did not respond to us. 

After 10 minutes of them not responding, we decided to kill Leonex for the glory of the Go Kartel.

Don't mess with the Go Kartel

Problem is, recently the cops do not value life enough.

At the end of the day you see the cops throwing themselves into gunfight's constantly, and when you try and tell them you have a hostage their general response is generally very poor as they are not thinking like a real cop, instead like an in-game one and that the outcome is only in-game.

My only problem with what you said there Vixxy

So by you rebels going around with MXMs and MK18s shouting at the cops and civilians hands up or die. If that was a real situation you would have all forms of special forces at your door. So take a long hard think about who is valuing life more.

Jimmy Karter, as far as I know the pseudonym of Pvt. Stranger has been immediately removed from active duty for the PRNA. I will note this is NOT entirely because of this despicable video but also because it was CLEARLY stated that PRNA personal, while off duty, do not violate the PRNA Code of Conduct and will NOT actively go after civilians, to rob or take them hostage. This is a relatively new rule but it was clearly communicated and we will not be making exceptions.

Fair enough, I didn't notice that. That was before the rules were changed for being off-duty. But you were told you could only race with the Kartel, even before the rules for being off duty were implemented. This was not the only thing that happened and you know it.

And the video mate.. that's just taking the piss. No matter what witty comment you put below it.

As for you Dekkers en Phonix, if you have nothing usefull to add to the conversation, put a sock in it. A sweaty one.

Untrue, I explicitly asked if I was allowed to kidnap players and commit illegal acts as a civilian and was told that I was " allowed to do anything, given that I do so under a different name. "

I'm unsure why you've brought this argument to this pedantic level when there's absolutely no reason for it, but if that's where you wish to bring it I will oblige.

I've already sincerely apologized for the video and again; I see little reason to flog a dead horse.

 
As this is my thread, I'd rather not have you come here and discuss this Khandamir.

An official, even signed,  message from a colonel like that doesn't belong on this thread. :)
