Text bug

I've noticed that whenever you put your mouse on one of the rollover headers at the top (HOME, RULES, STATS etc) that text seems to either a)shrink or b)gain a magical outline from no where, leading to some sort of flickering.

On a further in depth look it seems to only happen to the colours red and purple

What browser are you using, ive tried most things on Chrome, yet i fail to get the bug

Could you provide some more context? I fail to understand the color sentence you mentioned @Caboose
