Description of what happened:
Was on top of the post office, restrained by a cop. The officer was killed and a man named terry can along waited a while and the shot and killed me with the officers wepon.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

 Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
He didn't come onto teamspeak when i asked in sidechat.

Well I was the guy lying behind you, I didn't get up and do what you said because I thought it was some kind of trick so your friends could get a clean shot at me. I imagine that's the reason why Terry didn't get up either. As for the reason Terry shot you.... I don't know why, but I imagine he thought he was gonna die anyway so that could be it. I could claim rdm if I recorded my playtime because a minute or so after terry was killed I was still on the roof and was killed pretty much for being there. Your friends made no attempt to rp or negotiate for you or your safety. Under constant fire from said friends Terry shot you because there was literally nothing else to do. We could not have left because if we stood up to use the ladder (terry did and was killed) we would have been killed.

That's my two cents. I didn't really have to post because as I said I did nothing other than watch, but Terry is one of my first pals on this server so I thought it was worth telling the side of the story your video does not. Whichever way this goes, is up to admin, I am just telling it like it is.

The reason I had to kill you was because your friends were shooting at us and the only way to get them to stop was to kill you.  Also, if you pay attention to the video, you kept telling us to stand up (0:18 in the video) knowing there were people wanting to shoot us, so I shot you for trying to get us killed. 

Your friends shot the police officer that had you arrested so I had to shoot you to avenge him, since otherwise you would have been freed by your friends. I don't recall you asking me to enter TeamSpeak, but I am willing to work something out with you if you'd like.

Hey terry, I want to work something out too that's why i wanted you to come onto ts. If you pop into teamspeak now we can chat and come up with a solution so no admins into it.

 
After thinking about this one for a while i've come to a few conclusions;

Firstly, the evidence is inconclusive in that it being a short video, we could be missing some kind of back and forth with a warning issued beforehand.
Secondly, this scenario appears to have been underway for some significant amount of time. I understand that the accused did not initate the scenario, however it appears that some form of roleplay was initiated between you and him.

For these reasons.
