TERA problem

[SIZE=13.63636302948px]I've been trying to go on TERA for about 10 mins now i've made 2 accounts and tried the email and password on my TERA (obviously the ones that i created) but it keeps saying "user authentication failed" does anyone have any idea what i should do or maybe what i've done wrong?[/SIZE]

So i have no idea what you are trying to do, but did you receive an email where you had to authenticate your account?

User authentication is usually always email.
