So ive seen a lot of people driving around in the tempest [device], what is the tempest [device] used for because it cost a lot and has a low storage space?

It can automatically mine/gather items from their fields/mines. For instance, if you drive it to the diamond mine, windows key and tell it to auto mine, every few seconds it will auto mine 15 diamonds. Its good for metal mines, bad for drugs.
