Ahh, I miss the smell of the balti houses when I'm away from England .  I'm not spoilt for choice when I'm in Germany so curry becomes a comfort food. Definitely a Chicken Korma for me with a big peshwari naan on the side.

When I had my wisdom teeth removed, the highlight (other than the liquid morphine - just don't get addicted!) was having the sauce from a leftover curry.  It's got magical properties I tell you, but it couldn't work miracles.  I still resembled that kid from Mask.

Chicken Korma, Shrimp Curry, Chicken Korma, Lamb Madras Curry, Chicken Korma .. different Currys for different needs really.

Chicken pasander. Although cant go wrong with a bit of korma or masala

I feel this topic unfairly discriminates against the mighty Chinese/Chip-shop curry. Mmm a cheesy curry chip is fantastic.

As for indian curry - Tikka Masala.

Korma is not strong enough....

I make my own curries half the time, right down to the spice mixes, and I personally love making beef madras in the slow cooker.  Lots of heat, plenty of flavour and meat you can literally eat with a spoon!

Bliss....

Lamb Pathia or Lamb Dansak are my go to dishes, although I am quite partial to Chicken Tikka Madras too (chicken cooked in the tikka spices before being mixed with a madras sauce - just in case any of you thought I was confusing two different dishes :p)

Sorry fella!

The only curry for me is a nice Chicken Katsu Curry...
