Teamspeak issues

Everytime I try to connect to the Teamspeak server, I am met with this error; 

<12:28:32> Trying to resolve hostname ts.altislife.co.uk
<12:28:32> Trying to connect to server on ts.altislife.co.uk
<12:28:38> Failed to connect to server
 
I do not understand the issue I am having, I have a perfectly fine internet connection, and quite a fast connection speed. 
 
If anyone can provide insight into the issues I am having, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm very weird, do you have any DNS or sort like that enabled?

DNS? I do not know. Is there a way I can check?

I just tried port forwarding to the IP specified to the servers TS, and it didn't work. I can connect to literally any other TS, I do not know the issue with this one in particular.
