Teamspeak and server problems

Can't connect to teamspeak or find the server on Arma.. I've restarted my pc and my router and my internet is working fine. I've literally got no idea whats wrong - if anyone could shed some light on the matter that'd be great

I'm also on Virgin Media. I got disconnected just before 16:00 and haven't been able to see the server since. My friends (not on VM) are all connected fine.
