Taxless Money laundering in Owned Shops

I believe a function of owning a shop should be that you are able to launder without having to pay a tax. I believe this will allow extra demand for shops and could also create additional Roleplay. e.g. players buying dirty money at a 5% discount to make a profit.

Since this is one of the ways money laundering works (watch Breaking Bad) I agree this should be a feature
