Description of what happened: This guy stole a medic car and drove around with it. He also RDM'd on Kavala square. Don't have evidence of that. That's why I'm reporting this guy on this rule.

Can confirm that various [TAR] people (including Scott) did perform RDM and drove over people in cars.

The medic car belonged to @Frank Beans btw. Maybe he can prove that his medic car got stolen?

I do believe my shadow play wasn't on at the time of the incidents as I was going to post evidence, however I cannot, therefore I do apologise for forgetting the report a player rules and commenting when I wasn't directly involved.
