Hello Dear Sirs, first of all I would like to appologize about my behavior. And like everything, everything has a reason to happen. So let me start, I started to play in your server, like 4 or 5 days ago. And I've already some experience in this kind of mod from Arma 2 and Arma 1. (just bought arma 3, seven days ago). So thats why I am appologizing.. But i will try to explain my point of view if you still consider it.. ( I hope you do ) ! I was having a lot of fun in your servers dispite this two bad momments. I have had still found a portuguese community playing here so i started playing with them. And at the momments of this two reports, i was always with someone of them and I was with all community in the teamspeak (always more than 10 online). We are all mature players, I'm 22 yo and I'm taking a degree of "Manegement of Human Resources" and I'm the younger of this portuguese guys. If you want, I can come over your TS and have a talk with this two players that reported me to sort this out.
I will explain, report by report.

VDM = Instant Ban (We have a anti VDM script however running people over for fun is banable and considered VDM)
RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.
I was trying to do a drug run with my truck, and i dont know why but all the time that i am in a truck I always get shot by someone without even saying a word! So, i was doing Meth and i had some big ammout of money with me. I went to buy the barrels, and when i was comming to the process two cars like the one on the video and other white stop by the road and start shooting at me. So i went off road and they stop comming after me. I had like 100k with me, thats why i went to the airfield to deposit the money. And when i got there, i got out of the truck and i start hearing shoots, i ran back to the truck and i still got shot by someone, dunno who or from where, but i was trying to flee because thoose 100k were the rest of all my money and i didn't want to loose it. And as you can see on video, you see me getting out of the airfield. I looked back and i saw a car following me, I didn't know who was it, but i tought he was comming after me (i think this was a normal way of thinking - Got shot after buying the barrils from a car like this, then i went to the airfield and got shot again and then he was comming after me) thats why I crashed into him and killed him.
Really sorry if he was a victim, but i think everyone in my position would do the same.
1B) Combat logging during a fire fight, resisting arrest, or when the police are in pursuit is exploiting. Logging off while downed (pending revive) is also a exploit.
(i think i had 750k bounty) I think this was some Metagamming from him.
I just connected to the server and ran to the garage (to meet one of my friend) to get my off road and go to near the rest of the portuguese guys, and this San Miguel just arrived near me and my mate, so tazed my friend (El Muchacho and cuffed him) and after it, tazed me....i dont even knew who he was or why he was doing that, thats why I rage quited. And the pistol that i had, was a noise gun (non combat gun) I wouldn't combat log because of it.... And after my rage quit, i was speaking with el muchacho on the teamspeak about what was happening to him, and San Miguel just let him Cuffed cuffed like 100m-200m from the garage and went away. (So he was really trolling with us and abusing is power of tazing and cuff)
So, really sorry about the rulles that i broke. This is the best Altis mod that i found and I really don't want to stop playing here.
