As an aside: I'm glad someone finally caught this guy on film.  Guy is beyond annoying, he RP's when he knows he's being watched, but does w/e he wants otherwise.

Yeah, I've seen his name pop up in chat every now and then. But never seen him active in gameplay otherwise.

 
you can stop slagging me off i did nothing wrong and i always roleplay. as for me shotting you two guys, you had just been to the drug dealers and when you ran into the hospital i shouted come out or ill shoot you. no reply, so i shot you to take your drug money lol i am a rebel plus should of replied 

 
i dont vdm people so your having a joke. i just try and play the game. me and my friend was helping you and borris the other day why not mention something to me about it then?

 
well I'm soo sorry I'm new to the game and everyone takes it so seriously because your all up each others arses.

I'm still getting used to it and no where near as bad as some of you, police as-well. and which I did shout.

so its okay to do a drug deal and not get up, but when it happens to me nobody gives a toss.

I don't think I've done anything wrong and I think its sad that all you lot have your piece to say so you can get that little bit more up the admins arse (lol). If I get banned fair enough, but I genuinely roleplay as much as I can. I even took a officer to the side and asked him what's right and wrong and he said he respected me asking.. before I just did it. Sgt Jamie.. and a robbery might be a bogus call to you, but a hold up is a hold up your just making yourself look dim there mate sorry.

I have a 20 minute long video of eveything happening. I only cut it to get the RDM itself. So saying you engaged in roleplay "before" is bollocks. There was no roleplay involved.

Secondly, in the video you can clearly see that we are in a green zone, which means: You are not allowed to kill anyone, no matter if you engage in roleplay or not. 

Right now mate, the only person to look dim is yourself. 

 
Yes, there was an issue with my shadowplay audio playback. And I don't have the video with audio unforntunately  :(

I had just said goodbye to my mates on TS, and I still had my in-game audio pretty loud on. I heard the chopper was still there, but no voices at all. 

Still, this is a green zone. We were un-armed, there was no reason to shoot us down like that.

Edit: The lack of sound was because I changed the default audio playback whilst I was still in-game. And apperantly shadowplay did not pick onto that until I restarted the game.

I did not notice this until after the incident.

i was shouting at him and he went from the dealers to there. as i said im pretty new and still getting used to it. im sorry ive ive broke any of the server rules but i was in roleplay and i did shout to you. how i saw it was that you had just done something ilegal on the game and i was robbing you off the mil or so you had just made i didnt know you had just cashed it in. if you would unmute the sound you would clearly hear me in rp but obvs muted it (y)

I still think that you are missing the main issue here.  The Hospital is a green zone. The only people who can do anything to anyone in a green zone is if a cop is actively chasing a suspect who runs into a green zone. Other than that, you can't do anything to anyone in a green zonre.

 as i said im sorry im pretty new and still picking the rules up when i saw them run out the drug dealers i didnt think to open my map check out the green zones then hop back into action. it was quiet and i knew they would be cashing in so i took action shouted to come out or theyed be shot and they didnt 

 
My in-game audio was just fine, only my shadowplay that didn't pick it up as I stated above. 

If you did indeed shout or even speak nearby I would have heard you instantly. 

Look mate, I don't give a shit if you get banned or not. But it's really frustrating to have guys like you going around and breaking several server rules.

And when someone actually mentions it on the forums where admins can see it (with video), you try to twist and turn the story so that you can save your own skin.

 
yeah but the thing is right yeah your shaddowplay may be not working or whatever but i know i did shout to you guys. and now ive said that and explained it peopel are bringing the green zone into it. i now know where they all are and i wont do it again. but it just seems liek people are sayin excuse after excuse to try and get me in trouble its pretty pityfull 

 
get caught? your saying it like ive just beat someone up or something. i know its important to stick to server rules and ive said sorry for shooting in a green zone and wont happen again. but your going on like like ive murdered someone in real life. stop arse licking to get in the admins goods books and mind your own business, cheers

Rule 4A: Safe Zones

 
VDM = Instant Ban (We have a anti VDM script however running people over for run is banable and considered VDM)
Killing = Instant Ban, No killing in the safezone... no killing from outside the safezone if someone is inside it and no killing people outside the safezone from the safezone.

Robbing = You are not allowed to rob a person who is inside the greenzone, these are considered safe heavens for players to meet and have friendly meets/chats

Flying = You may land in the greenzone however, The police will send any choppers found to the crusher, Landing in the greenzone is against the server law (not rules), The police will however open fire.

Weapons = Your weapon must be holstered inside the greenzone, If not then you will not doubt get in a spot of trouble by the police.

Police Stations = The police stations are police spawn points therefore are marked in blue, Any killing here will result in a ban.

VIP/Donator area = This is a safezone all the rules above apply to this area.
