Description of what happened:
Was just driving around, ANPR'd a vehicle and got shot by the guys in the car :(
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
 Yes, they said: "Your car just exploded"

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence)


 
As a co-leader in PLF, Doohicky has recently been taken on as a trial - I'll deal with this internally while it's waiting to be approved by a server admin. I'm not able to see it in the video unless I've missed something but cannot see the name of the gunman on the back of the vehicle. I'll discuss it with Doohicky as to who, why, where, what, etc. 

 
The person in the wrong is the gunner. Any idea who he was? It was one of the 3 of course but who.  If i do not get a name then it may end up worse for all of them.

Yes I was driving, I told the person who was shooting to either stop shooting, or get out of my vehicle. I couldn't tell which one it was that was shooting as there was 2 of them back there, but I sure as hell did not tell them to RDM anyone. All I saw in that incident was a cop car coming up from behind, and a gun sticking out of the back of my truck, naturally I knew I was going to get pulled over, what I didn't expect was the explosion that followed. There weren't any other cars around so I didn't think someone crashed into him, but nobody in the vehicle said anything about having shot the vehicle.

The guys in the back of my vehicle were folks I had just met up with in TS (Levi's Minions' channel) and were going to go out to some drug fields and do some mischief. 

I'll be more careful who I let in my vehicles from now on (especially in the seats that can be fired from).

P.s.  I think it may have been T-Robot but I honestly don't remember, he didn't come off as a douche when I talked to him in game so I'll direct him to this post and have him chime in next time I see him... I vaguely recall 1 of them being in rebel regalia and the other being 'well dressed', but think both were armed.

Well, we can take Doohicky out as he was the driver. So either T-Robot or Forgive and Forget.

Glad we can rule out Doohicky as one of the people who caused the incident. I'll try and gather as much information as possible as to who carried out the shots.

 
Sorry it took me this long to respond I am writing this on my phone from a mc Donald's because I lost power due to a down line but I was the shooter unknown to my driver I had cocaine on me and an illegal firearm. But knowing I was wanted for a bounty due to a large crime sting of robberies and the full backpack of cocaine on me I saw a cop pass by than turn around fearing it was to pull us over it told the driver to go and in an attempt to shoot out his tires I believe I hit his fuel tank because as we left the city we heard a big explosion. I had no intension of killing the office and in the circumstance if I only had drugs or a gun I would normally pull over but the trifecta of drugs gun and robberies was too much. I apologize to the officer I killed and I realize it was foolish of me to shoot sooner than speak or hide. If need be when my power returns I will compensate the officers family for the loss and state a formal apology to them. I know what it's like to be a police officer and how hard it is to do your job when people prefer violence over words in the future I will act so quick with violence and I apologize to everyone I inconvenienced with my actions. May Admins have mercy on my soul

 
Lol puppy mind your driving in the cities, if you were a civilian i would give you a ticket. If they cant do it, we cant ;P

Thing is, and I hope our constables are aware, we don't use the other names on the ANPR unless that person is alone, or turns out to be the driver.

Sometimes it can be roleplayed in, but majority, its just a key you have.

In this instance, I'm not sure what puppy would have done... but even with drugs on you, it's not an excuse. It's not like you're actually making the trade at that moment in time...

I undersand where you are coming from but it still is RDM.

Kudos to you for apologizing but it is still against the rules.

No exceptions.

 
Unban appeal was successful, putting this on record that T-robot was issued a ban for this.
