Description of what happened: My officer had been held up, he cooperated nicely with Jack and Josh and Josh still decided to shoot my officer down. I wasn't there at the moment, but he had given me the video proof. The reason why im reporting him now is because this was poor roleplay and I've had 2 conflicts with them earlier this night. They did the same exact roleplay to me that night, and they also told me to put my hands up when we were in a driving  car, 5sec later they still sprayed me down when we drove away. They had apologized to me for that, but in total 3 conflicts happened with them that night. It was a hard time deciding if I wanted to report them or not, but at the end, sorry: Im reporting you, Josh.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

 Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

They had also failed to RP in my opinion, but I've been going through the rules and I didn't seem to find it.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes, we had talked about it. We even brought CSI Fuel. At the end everyone had admitted this was wrong, so I'll be the man and report him.

Ok Tristan, me and jack gave you at least 20 seconds. You was taking ages and holding us up, obviously slowing us down so there was less chance we would get away so we shot you with plenty of role play and plenty of time to comply! and then the incident with crazy stoner we talked in team speak like adults for some reason you was there again to listen even though you wasn't involved in anyway. I watched the video of me and jack and we apologized and I told crazystoner I didn't realize it was that bad until i watched the video so I said sorry he accepted my apology and we were fine, I told him it wouldn't happen it again. and you seem to forget about yourself talking rubbish about me in side chat. Why would you do that? your only motive for this report and the talking about me in side, bringing up things that happened and were resolved and done, would be is that you hate the fact you got killed and you still have a massive grudge against me? I play this game everyday and I follow rules, like I said to crazystoner I could see where he was coming from and apologized told him it wouldn't happen again he was fine! nothing has happened since and it wouldn't happen again this is just childish tit for tat rubbish. Your not sorry so don't say it.

I am sorry about this report but I am basically reporting you because you did this poor roleplay to me, exactly the same way. If you could provide me talking rubbish to you in side chat, feel free. I'm not here to talk rubbish stuff, and I will provide some screenshots on this topic.

I'm not saying that crazystoner isn't a man, he had TOLD ME: It's up to you Tristan if you want to get them banned.
And so basically, im reporting you for three encounters with you.

I must say, you've had lucky I didn't record those other 2 encounters. I would really have loved to include them to this topic since you're not even accepting it that we had 3 encounters, and we had given you chances.

But however,
I will no longer respond to this topic, the decision is up to the admins.

Since Adster had also posted another video I think he deserves a punishment. It's a hard decision to continue the report since I haven't seen him today, and I can't talk with him that I will continue the report. If an admin sees this comment, please contact me on teamspeak3 or anything like that. I'm feeling like that we need to talk about this, all together. I hope it gets solved this way, if not, I will unfortunately continue this report.

hey, sorry to post, and i will accept a warning point but i think this is relevent, i had a similar situation with this chap 3 days ago, except mine was clear rdm, i then spoke to josh in the teamspeak and he was very nice and polite with me allso, but i warned him i was keeping the video to use as additional evidence if he did this again, i honestly wanted to believe he wouldnt, but its quite obvious that he is using the trusting nature of some players to not get in trouble, seen as just from this post and my self, thats 3 seperate officers that he has conviced that he was sorry and it will never happen again, to be honest im a little annoyed that even though i was cool with him and i didnt report he then goes and does this only a couple of days later, any way, i know i am to late to do a report but i urge who ever is in charge to take my video into consideration aswell.

Tristan, the second it happened we talked about it, and you was in the channel with me and crazy stoner when me and crazy stoner talked so you had plenty of chances to talk to me you even admitted that last night and offered to change it but seens as you said resolved i said there was no need so again if you would like to correct yourself please, and we've talked at least four times in teamspeak including straight after the incident with me and you because you straight up started swearing in teamspeak message, this was all ok yesterday. 

Adster sorry man but how is this relevant to mine and tristans case, in fact how is tristan and adsters case relevant to mine and crazy stoners case because tristan is deciding to use crazystoners agaisnt me, both of your cases were resolved and we all talked and agreed it was over and done with. Since speaking to adster I have learned you cannot initiate from a vehicle and since speaking to crazy stoner I have also learned that you cannot just shoot someone when they are complying with all of your orders! this isn't fair have you never made a mistake and no one has ever let you off without reporting on forums how is fair to bring up all my mistakes that have happened and been done with, like a guy in side chat the other day luckily daryl helped him out and told him you cannot talk in side because if you was on tristan you probably would have recorded him and filed a report hoping for permanent ban, now only the bad things are being mentioned in this case, I have also helped out new players on the server passing them messages telling you cannot say this or do that and that. I brought a guy into [T-A]  teamspeak the other day and helped him out a little [met him when his car broke down] I'm not a bad player and i certainly do not deserve to be banned I've been there before I already know what its like to play on other servers I hope the admins will please consider not banning me under some sort of terms.

well , they are all relavent, because, i checked date on my footage, and it is actually the day be4 this report was made, and i actually said to you personally, that i was going to let it go but keep the video incase it happens again, you litrally rdm'ed some1 in less than 24 hours man, you have had one ban for rdm in a green zone, i cant understand how you havnt learnt yet, i have nothing personal against you, and i have not been rude or aggressive, but you are clearly repeating the same routine over and over, your rdming people then thinking that ''oh i didnt know'' is a good enough exscuse to get out of it, its your responcability to learn the rules, i cannot learn them for you. i told me you where on the police force, you have been on server for a while, how is this all possible if you cant grasp one of the fundermental server rules?????

So again I have to explain myself for things that have happened in the past and you knew nothing about, I had been playing for 2 days when a guy jumped in my truck at copper trader and drove into greenzone, I chased him told him to get out a few times he didn't so I shot him, instant ban. I know the server rules but not every single thing is programmed into my brain I know about RDM but I didn't know that you couldn't kill someone who is complying with your orders, also I didn't know you couldn't initiate from the back of a vehicle! it doesn't say that I'M NOT PURPOSELY BREAKING RULES and when i killed tristan that wasn't actually rdm he was just moaning in TS if it was RDM he would have reported his incident which is why i cannot understand why he is saying he had no chance to speak to me as we spoke straight after with him swearing at me, I am not going around RDMing people, with you that was a genuine mistake just as was crazystoners.

Now you clearly haven't read the rules because if you did you would know that;

1. Reports are not up for discussion, Anyone posting in a report who is not the reporter or the person they have reported then your post will be deleted and a warning point given (Restricts you posting for 7 days)

And

3. Do not lie on reports or edit videos to get people banned, this will lead to a ban against you. - because You did not tell me that you would keep the video for later on because again you should know you this rule; 5. All reports must be submitted within 24 hours of the event, otherwise they will be rejected without being viewed. 

So from now on would appreciate if you stopped commenting please adster, because i actually feel betrayed that your bringing that up when i genuinely didn't know you couldn't initiate from a vehicle, now if i was apologetic and convincing because it was genuine and I actually care weather i get banned! so please if could just stay out of this mate, thanks.

2.explain to me where i have lied or edited videos to get people banned? and josh are you telling me i didnt message you on ts and say '' im gonna let it go but im keeping the video and if it happens again ill use it as additional infomation'' , and please think about your answer be4 you call me a liar because im sure i can find a screen shot

3. i have not made a report against you so i am not braking the 24 hour rule. i have simply added some relavant infomation.

4. and finally , thanks for trying to point out rules im breaking (witch i havnt) but i suggest instead of trying to pass the spot light onto me, why not use the time to read up on the rules that you HAVE broken and take a look at you playstyle, then maybe you wouldnt be in this mess in the first place

Adding to someone else's report and making a report is pretty much the same thing adster. You lied because you didn't tell me you was going to keep the video for a later date because you should know you cannot file a report 24 hours after the incident so that wouldn't make sense to keep it. and your number 1. comment doesn't even make sense. Again please can you stop commenting your accusation that i am trying to pass the spot light is ridiculous there is no way the spot light could be passed Its a report the admins will read everything. I can not understand WHY you would shoot someone in the head that had just complied to your demands. It doesn't make any sense. And it is pretty poor. He didn't have his gun anymore anyways.

I also don't understand how you are willing to let someone with 3 case of Rulebreaking of but then go "OH well if it is a 4th time THEN I will report again." Uhm. Excuse me? Are 3 times not already bad enough? And also make up your mind if you start a Report. Don't change your mind on it midway trough it wanting it closed JUST so you get it opened again? I don't want to see this kind of Kindergarten again. I hope I made myself clear about that. And now I don't want ANYONE to bother me with this anymore. The report already gave me a headache.
