Swordfish - Going into green zone on active combat and killing out of green zone (locked awaiting admin decision)

Description of what happened:After having a bit of gunfight this guy disapered out of my sight. I was looking for him untill i saw him drive into green zone. Seconds latter he starts shooting out of the green zone and kills me.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
 
6A) You are unable to kill anyone in a green zone (Punishment is a ban)
 
6C) Weapons must be holstered inside green and blue zones at all times.

EDIT: If you check the Map you can see, the point where i was, is not a Green-Zone.

Also you were driving across the green zone from the bank side before I even got there.

I was avoiding the greez zone untill Iw seen your car comin. And I was expecting you will do that and there was no cover for me.

@Swordfish I might not be a admin, but I am a forum moderator and I do not appreciate you lieing. I will therefore lock this report and call in the admins so they can review this. Enough has been said, your evidence is false. You stand in the greenzone on your picture but the other picture shows you standing somewhere else. Faking evidence is a ban-able offence.
