Description of what happened: There was some kind of gunshots and I ran towards it as there was some kind of RDM'er in Kavala and I wanted to stop him. I aproached Policemans dead body and a guy trying to get into his gear continiuosly. More than 20 times. I asked him what ur doing. He sayd "Im taking care of him" I thouth its some kind of roleplay scenario or what ever. But when Iw seen him take officers all gear I just shot him dead. I wasnt sure if officer still had a gun or what ever and If he will shoot me as soon as he gets up.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
 
2D) Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: He started complaining on side chat that I shot him for no reason. After half of the server said that hes not allowed to loot dead bodys he said "How should I know that"(some of a chat will be in pictures in the evidence). But he should have read the rules also it gives a message on the screen that your not allowed to loot dead bodys. So he should have known that.

Hey man.

Thanks for the report. Not only to stop people like me but everyone else who breaks the rules because alot of people does. Im new to this server and I have read the rules, I was on teamspeak with some friends and I asked them if its posible to pickpocket people. They did not know, we agreed it was a part of the roleplay to try pickpocketing.
I wish you told me it was wrong before reporting it. Of course it wont happend again now that im aware of it. My friends have been on this server for 2-3 weeks now and I believed that they had the rules under control.
I understand I get a suspension for some days because what I did was wrong. 
I dont hope its a permant ban. because I really like the community on the server and the server helps my thougths away from the current exams.

I asked "What are you doing?" with an angry tone when I was next to you. You said" Im taking care of him". At first I thouth its just part of rp but u were clearly gliching that for like 30 times. And every time you do that message apears "You are not allowed to loot dead bodies". So how you did not know ur not allowed to do that. When Iw seen that u actualy took Officers clothing and everything else I shot you, as I did not know if you will take a gun and kill me.

As I said. I did not know it was against the rules to pickpocket.
No messege appears when I pickpocket and I can prove that. And why would I take the gun and kill you ?
I logged in and I was on my way to the garage when I saw alot of bodies, I ran over and started to pickpocket the body. If a police officer would have cought me I would have been arrested and probably told not to do it because its against the rules....

And yes I was roleplaying the situation because I did not know it was against the rules to pickpocket.
