Description of what happened: We arrived at Kova Petrol Station, there was a helicopter on a field behind the field with multiple armed men running around with assault rifles. We then approched with our vehicle and ducked down behind a wall, we shouted for them to put their hands up and they started to shoot, they let off smoke grenades and killed one shot as we took cover, i was then also shot when i tried to take down their helicopter that they tried to get away in. No roleplay happened, they claimed to have shouted to us but nothing was heard and not one of them were recording (not one of the 5-8 men were recording, strange rights?

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:Yes but hes banned from TS

One of are Guys were Saying Get away Police. i and i was not in ther teamspeak and i head it and i was waiting 5 sec.

I also think that on of are guys have it recorded when the say it.

 
if so you need to give more than 5 seconds for us to comply and make sure we heard you

We told you guys to go away and you stay.

On the video i hear Fans noisysound in the background, Tv, And a guy how running up to you, and palyers in teamspeak. i am not realy sure if that i did wrong if you did not hear it.

I was the one who banned him from teamspeak - he muted the mentors and refused to follow basic instructions - 

We issued a 24 hour cool down to him.

 
I Woth love to talk about what happend we can do it tomorrow if you want 15:00 your time 16:00 for me. I dont we can just Text here

I am sorry for what happend. i was not sure if you heard from so far away and that why i shoot to protect my mates. I understand what i did wrong. and i can take a ban if needed.

I woth be happy to not get banned but rules are rules.

yes it did but in the discussion him dont did understand what he had done and tried to blame it all on my background noise so i do not want to take the report down this was not resolved @Edgar Ville

Dude. if you really want me so hard to get banned Ok. But evryone make misstakes and dont tell me i dont know the rules. :p
