so hard to write this  application my english is so bad and im English. I think I'm dyslexic.

Obviously the applications close on Monday but I have a few questions if I may about the process?

1. When should we expect an answer about our application?

2. If we are unsuccessful in our application; will that failure be fed back to each applicant or will we just not hear anything at all?

2. Depends on amount of applications, but we'll see if we can sort something out so we can give good answers to those that miss out.

There are only so many slots, and so many really good applications, so potentially some of these will be held for possible expansion.

Immaturity doesn't always spoil a person's ability to take up this kind of role in a community. As long as you're professional when you need to be, messing about is quite alright. If you're too mature and uptight people won't be comfortable around you and as this is a community-based role, having a funny bone and maybe being a bit silly is good for getting along with all sorts of people.

I don't really want to become member support, I was a mentor once(which was fun as it lasted) but it would get quite frustrating for me.
