As you will see from the members who got the new support positions have been here for a long time. Many of them have been rebels, civs and medics before. They have a large understanding of the community in and outside of game. During the entire process of applications through to interviews I realised that it was a majority vote of police but all applicants were judged on their community knowledge and application answers. No one received special treatment due to which faction they were in.
