Description of what happened: Super The Sylveon stole a Pistol from a gentleman i had detained and then ran i gave chase and issued warnings to stop or be rubber bullet, He continued to run in a building then up some stairs in which i followed, He still had the pistol out so i rubber bullet him and restrained him but as soon as i did he logged off and then rejoined the server 2 min later
What Rule Was Broken ?: 1B) Combat logging during a fire fight, resisting arrest, or when the police are in pursuit is exploiting. Logging off while downed (pending revive) is also a exploit.

Be friendly. - I have been very friendly and tried to sort this out off the forums but as you can see from the text is was you not being friendly from the start.
Do not detain for no reason. - The gentleman i detained said you was taking his pistol at which time you run off so i have every reason to stop you
False reports. - not sure how you can claim his and then say i admit i combat logged which this report is all about.
ok since i know you i will give you some advice you are a good guy but if you feel someone else has broken a rule it does not give you the right to break a rule too, combat logging is bannable at any point
