Dear costumer, welcome to Suncoast Real Estate.
Suncoast Real Estate Services is a company who specialises themself on real estate. We are an old company, founded in 2014, who is very known in the island north of Altis, Stratis. As the government just agreed the agreement from the civillians to have the ability to sell their own houses, we thought this was a good opertunity for us as a company to come here to Altis and help the citizens with their real estate.- Our current headquarter is to be found at two buildings north of the helipads in the town of Abdera. We will soon buy a new property to base our headquarter in Kavala.
- We help the people of Altis to sell their property, where we make ads here on the Real Estate section, take pictures and post the ads. We will post dates in the ads when we are showing the property. We will meet up on that date, so the people who want to visit the property they want can come and get information and have a better look. We will make the ad, write description and take care of the deal on the costumers thoughts.
- We take 5% of the startingprice per job. This needs to be handed to us before the ad is handed out in the public.
- As soon as a deal is in box, the buyer need to contact the seller, hand him the money and the owner give the new owner his keys (Since this is Arma, the current owner need to sell his property, and let the buyer buy it for the extra money, after the buyer have given the "extra" money to the seller. For example: Bid is on 2 millions for a big house. Since the houseprice is 2.2 millions for a big house, the buyer needs to have 4.2 millions on his account. 2 millions is to be given to the seller, and 2.2 millions to use on the property to gain the ownership.)
- Suncoast Real Estate is not restricted to be at the property as the buyer sent the money to the seller, and over-buy the sellers house. We are not to be helt responsible for buyers or sellers who don't do what they are supposed to be. If this happend, post a complain on the "report a player" section.
- We are the only company in Altis who perform real estate by bank-transfer. You do not need to have any money on you during a deal, as long as you are close to a cashpoint to send the seller his money.
