Stuff disappears from all vehicles

Got two vehicles out of the impound, and all the stuff inside was gone, legal and illegal. This has happened twice now, its a serious problem you are having people spend hours and hours filling them up for it all to disappear, people are going to leave the server.

Happened 4 times to me now, I don't know if its a bug or a hacker. Taken everything from 3 separate vehicles.

If it is the police impound, police likely cleared out the inventory.

The civilian impound doesn't clear inventory unless the mechanic done it and took the goodies he found for himself.

The civilian insurance (In the impound menu - actually read what you are pressing on) will clear your inventory. This is an insurance claim, because you lost your car. You did not park your car properly. You got your car stolen and rather than retrieve it, you claimed on it.
