Stop Start Driving Toggle

When driving around the city I find some cars are very loud and when pulling up and talking to people or sitting at lights. I think it'd be great if we got an addittional option in the F1 menu that when we stop the car turns off rather than having to goto the caps lock menu all the time.

Driving with stop start out of city then not having it in city, sometimes, I just kinda miss it and feel it'd be a great little addition when talking to people streetside but the car you are driving is particularly loud.

You can keybind the engine on/off

As Kate said theres a keybind for it in the settings, mines on my mouse wheel (Although I wanna change it cause my car stops whenever I zoom in on a map LUL)
