Stolen Vehicle Notification w/radius

I'm not sure what people would think about this, but it just popped into my head and I decided to submit a suggestion.

It's basically a script or something (I've seen this on other servers a while back), where when a person steals a local vehicle it sends a notification with a radius to police, of where that local vehicle was stolen. This would bring more diversity when it comes to RP, right now it's just Dangerous Driving, Dangerous Driving etc... You get it. By having this script at least people can get arrested for other reasons than just those basic ones.

This would also give Solicitors more to do when Court Cases aren't happening, because there hasn't really been any Trials for things like this. In general, I think this script (If even possible) would be a great idea, or well that's what I personally think. Plus it wouldn't really be too precise as it wouldn't be an exact waypoint, it'll be a radius around the location the vehicle was stolen so police would still have to search around for that stolen local vehicle.

Then if this is actually implemented, then people would also refrain from stealing so many local cars just when they need to get from A to B. Instead they'll use more passive options such as the Boris Bikes or to get a ride from a friend or bystander.

At least an alarm going off when people are lock picking is needed
Which we accually already have. I don't think this is going to happen because the police would be spammed with stolen vehicle notifications. They have enough to do at the moment

How about ANPR cameras set up around the city reporting the stolen car direction of travel for stolen cars in excess of say £200k?  And making the process of reporting it stolen easier in the first instance?

Something of this scale has been done. Thank you
