Stixio (Action: Already banned a few weeks ago)

Description of what happened: Heard gunshots at the Kavala garage, as I attended a speeding vehicle left the scene. I gave chased, they got out and this is what happened. In the second video afterwards I gave chase to a vehicle that was bating by speeding in the green zone, same situation.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, they've been reported before I feel the best chances of resolving the issue it to go to the forums for Admin review.

I will clearly advise them to be banned.

I saw some stuff about stixio before, and i definitly hate people who steal cop cloths. That one did it for me aswell.

I will let WIlco know about this since i can't ban people outside the game.
