Time & Date this happened: 16:00 GMT, 29/10/2014
 
Description of what happened: First of all I would like to apologise for my language ( I realised I swear a lot) and my attitude towards the medic, I was rather irate at the time. Secondly I respawned at NPAS HQ believing that I had been killed unfairly so I returned to the scene. We had ANPR'ed a offroad to which the driver had a warrant for their arrest, we managed to catch up with them as they had disabled their own vehicle by poor driving. 3 indiduals then jumped out armed with pistols and started opening fire on my officers, I managed to rubber bullet and restrain 2 of them while SPC Nozeinho chased the 3rd, he then managed to rubber bullet and restrain the last, for then him to get glitch restrain killed by him, he then RDM'ed PC McLovin. I then managed to rubber bullet and restrain him, for then him to do it again. I return to the scene to find a medic and an Ifrit there however no shots have been fired so I yell the medic to rev the other two officers, then I get snook up on and RDM'ed.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, the first one is pure rule breaking so I wouldn't give them the time of day. The 2nd need I say more

All i can say is that i used to be a member of this gang on BWG where they play pretty seriously. they did however try to fuck my name and some people on the server today. i can appreciate that this does need to be dealt with and that if you would like any further videos from them in the day to prove is wasnt me involved in their antics earlier in the day i can provide them. Im sorry that they did this as on Blackwing they are really professional and play by the rules. once again, I can only appoligise for knowing them but i had nothing to do with these incidents. UNMC spoke to myself regarding a incident earlier in the day.

If you have nothing to do with this, why bother saying this?

Also, DON'T name the UNMC in this, we have NOTHING to do with this, or with you. The fact we speak to you, or your friends, does not in ANY way mean we're on your side or something. This is clear and blatant rulebreaking and we want nothing to do with it.

Also adding to that, these guys (Grimes family) was in Kavala earlier in the day, Blaze and I were selling the flower in my truck at the Kavala Bakary (church), when someone steals Blaze's truck, and bumps into mine, which then proceeded to move into me and Blaze killing us (Anti VDM only works on DIRECT hits, if a car hits a car and that car hits you, you die). I am not 100% sure one of them did it, but since they denied and screamed a lot at the cops, only to do this (see video) to some cops only hours later, I feel kind of safe to say they had something to do with it. One of them took 500k from me, but I couldn't care less about the money. These people are a plague to the server.

 
I just want to say please, understand we have a lot of new medics on, please help guide them and understand that we really make a point of NOT combat reviving. Therefore they will be a little skittish regarding the matter, better that than causing potential combat revives in either direction, on top of the fact a Medic must not put himself in harms way. A dead medic can't help you.

also on a side note, a medic coming into the area, has absolutely no idea whats happened or is potentially happening, it takes time and experience to accurately and quickly judge a situation.

 
I was in the off-road 50cal, we just arrived onto the scene to help the men who were in restraints (PMC men). I'm speaking on Ryan's behalf as he has not made an account yet. he told me that you shot at him, and then he shot you back. - PMC Jack 

 
I am P.M.C FRANK I was never part of that fight. 

I actually had a game crash whilst flying a helicopter a few days ago, I think you can hear the explosion of the heli as it plummeted to the ground in the background. I was not affiliated with that gunfight. I was just flying past from the rebel outpost to the Donator shop.

It was not Combat Logging as I was not part of the fight and my game crashed resulting in the helicopter crashing.

Im saying that i have footage of what happened to you at the drug dealer to support you getting comp of any sort. But now your clearly being a bitch. during this situation. you BROKE NLR and also returned to the scene if you want to be a bitch. continue.

 
Im also the one that turned up and offered to give you a weapon which i found on the floor. I was just trying to help you get back to items which you lost. But now i know that i shouldnt bother with you. thx

 
Ok beore this is resolved i would like to point out this rule.

Now the evidence show that Stinger Grimes   is clearly using a exploit and will be issued with a ban. As for the rest there is not clear evidence to punish. If there is any new evidence please open a new report a player topic.

 Report Approved on  Stinger Grimes only. Awaiting Ban-action as of  11/11/14
