Description of what happened: Me and my friend was simply out doing some meth when this guy came, he was doing meth aswell and we told him that he was welcome to come and process his stuff. He then as shown in the middle of the video mumbled some words and shot me down where then Shinzi kills him in the end.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes we simply tried, he responded saying he said "Im simply killing the competetion" and therefore it was not rdm, but you cant hear

I felt I was quite clear stating I was Killing rival Meth dealers it's hard to hear in the video but i did say before I shot. I had suspicions that my good were going to be stolen after selling so I took my chances.

Niemon, i think you should allow him to compensate you, and if he does the withdraw this report, as he seems like a really new guy, and still has much to learn. If he does not, keep this report open.
