Squad logo issue

I have a new squad logo for the gang,

I made the background transparent and changed the file format using texview into .paa

The squad xml file is showing up information exactly where it should on the in game player list but there is no logo there, on my arm or on the side of any vehicle.

The only difference I can tell is that I'm hosting the squad xml from my own domain now which is UK based rather than being based out of the U.S, this has significantly sped up loading Time for getting into the game

@Ciaran , any ideas? Or any players who did their own have this sort of proble and have a resolve?

Issue Update:

for some reason, i have uploaded the paa to my hosting area, named it bg.paa which is what my old one was called, ive double checked to ensure that its the new image yet when i load into a multiplayer test area on editor it shows up with my old one being the crossed swords..

so confused right now... any ideas anyone?

Update again

As you can see, the image is now showing up but it clearly doesnt look like it is supposed to, i got not clue on a fix for it, any help would be greatly appreciated. @Wilco @Ciaran any ideas?

not 100% sure but it may need to be in PNG format as the car skins are in PAA format so that could be causing your issue

so what i have to do next ?
